What I realized, is that if my brain cannot see how to get/reach for that affirmation, my left brain rejects it. My way around that, is to create an affirmation ladder. I put the affirmation at that top, and where I feel I'm at at the bottom. Then I create micro affirmations for each step, so I can see how I get to the result.
